Do not look for a savior in the costume. Look for the handler, the donor, the agency, and the private exemption.Their corruption reveals itself in their actions.

Upright — the only working face

An official process is dirty. Local withdrawal, exposure, and refusal to fund the performance with belief.

This card has only one face

Reversed does not mean a statesman. It means the corruption is quieter, outsourced, or wearing your colors. They seek to corrupt you wherever and however they may.

How to read it

With XXIV and XXV you have the civic stack. With The Hierophant the costume is moral. With The Fool, walking away is intelligence. With the Politicans, the only response is guarded antagonism.

Question

What public thing is being enclosed while you are invited to argue about the personality on the podium? How are you being deceived by what is being presented? Their methods speak louder then their lies.
