Allow recognition without a speech. Name what you saw. Do not freeze. Accept that your body’s Life has changed. Seek to explore your own perception. Feel your feelings knowing them to be only transitory.

Left-hand / wound

Denial or numbness. Pretending the contact did not happen. Withdrawal into delusion affects your ability to communicate. Even worse denial robs your mind of connection to reality.
